Re: new video/audio player 'opt in' is live! |
Thank you! Finally, you guys reintroduced a player that will actually play the whole show through on my ipod! I've been lobbying for that for months!
The issues with my MAC remain the same, however: rarely will the player proceed from one track to another by itself. Why it's so recalcitrant on my computer and not my ipod might be a good thing to investigate.

Re: new video/audio player 'opt in' is live! |
Streamed the H264 video All Creative Work is Derivative smoothly on Safari 5 on a 12 year old Mac running Leopard. Thanks for posting in high quality compressed forms that are compatible with older computers.
The 1084p H264 with Flac version of Sita Sings the Blues didn't download at all; but I am looking forward to trying it it *after* I upgrade my System .
Guess this only works for me with short movies.

Re: new video/audio player 'opt in' is live! |
when that happens for you on your mac, what browser are you using?
we are heavy mac users/developers at archive.org
and i haven't heard issues with chrome, firefox, or safari
with this new player.
to wit, i program on Lion at work and Snow Leopard at home, predominantly using Chrome but dropping into Safari and Firefox for testing often.
glad the iPad finally working is a great plus for you! i've been pushing to try to get that done for awhile now. and yah, i'm a big ipad2 user, as well!
cheers!
